How to Reserve Your Spot

To confirm your registration, please send a non-refundable $50 deposit per week per child by Interac e-transfer. Payment details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please include your child's full name and the week(s) they'll be attending in the message field (e.g. "Sophie Martin — Week 1, Aug 10–14"). Once the deposit is received, your spot is confirmed and I'll send you an email confirmation.

When the Balance is Due

The remaining $200 balance is due 14 days before the first day of your selected week. If registering less than 14 days before camp begins, the full $250 fee is due immediately. Payment can be made by Interac e-transfer, cash, or cheque payable to Delphine Illing.

If You Need to Cancel

The $50 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your registration:

• More than 14 days before: full refund of the $200 balance (deposit excluded)
• Less than 14 days before: no refund or credit — spots are very difficult to fill on short notice
• Cancellation by Mme Delphine: in the rare event of an emergency, a 100% full refund including the deposit will be issued immediately

Sick Days & Absences

Absences do not entitle you to a partial refund, credit, or make-up day. If your child is sick, please let me know by text or email on the morning of the missed day. The health and well-being of all children is my priority.
