A message from Mme Delphine
I created La Classe de Delphine to give children a warm, welcoming space where they can practice speaking French. As a mother of three children learning French in an English-speaking environment, I understand how challenging it can be to nurture a language that isn't always present in daily life. I've often noticed that while many children learn French at school, they don't always have enough opportunities to use it naturally or feel truly comfortable speaking it.
La Classe de Delphine aims not just to teach vocabulary, but to help children build the reflex, habit, and confidence to speak French.
My approach is simple: when children associate French with joyful experiences — through games, art, songs, stories, and meaningful interactions — they naturally begin to speak with greater confidence.
